Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
The only exceptions are if you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged. If this happens, you must contact us within 3 consecutive days from the date your order was delivered.
To request a return review, please email us or contact us through our website with your order information and photos of the incorrect or damaged item. Once reviewed, we will provide further instructions and a return label if your request is approved.
Requests made on the 4th day or later after delivery cannot be accepted.
